Free Trial

We offer a 3-day free trial period for our services. During this trial period, you can explore and experience our offerings at no cost. If you choose to continue after the trial, your subscription will begin.

Subscription Cancellation

You have the flexibility to pause or cancel your subscription at any time. If you wish to cancel your subscription, please notify us via email at least 1-2 days in advance. We will promptly cancel your subscription and ensure no further charges are incurred.

Subscription Pause

We understand that your design needs may vary over time. You can pause your subscription whenever you need to.

This option is perfect if you have a temporary decrease in design requirements. When you're ready to resume, your remaining subscription days will be available for use.

Our billing operates on a 31-day cycle. For instance, if you use our service for 21 days and then choose to pause, you'll retain 10 days of service for future use.
This way, you only pay for what you use, and your subscription remains flexible and cost-effective.

Refund

Due to the nature of our subscription model and the provision of a free trial, we do not offer refunds for charges that have already been processed. However, if you have cancelled your subscription before the next billing cycle and within the stipulated timeframe, no further charges will be applied.
